A Quick baby Update......

I thought it was about time to give everyone an update on what's been happening.....!! I am now 33weeks, only 7weeks to go and very EXCITED...!! Spider and I cant wait :) We have started birthing classes, have attended about 3 now and going very good, we learn something ever lesson which is great.
Had a scan yesterday (22/12) and bubs is doing great, its just under 2kilos so nearly 4.5pounds (if thats correct workings out) its face down and bum up, has been for awhile now. Sorry i dont have anymore scan photos as Lisa doesn't do them which is a bugger.......!!
Anyways thats about all to report for now

Adelaide 2008

Here are a couple of photos that where taken in Adelaide - October.!! We ventured off to Millicent for Staci and Matt's wedding..!! The wedding was really nice, they got married on the beach then had a cocktail party for the reception (photos to come). The above photos where taken at a Winery down at Penola....!! On the friday we had a spare day so spider and I along with Ned and Kelly went to penola (coonawarra - the land of wineries) and toured a few, it was a fun day.

Baby Bump

Finally these photos have uploaded....! Spider and I took these photos when i was about 23weeks which i am now 28weeks, so may have grown a little since. The photos where taken at Blackmans Bay beach one saturday afternoon.....so yep a little posing happening LOL.

Update.......!!

Just to let everyone know, i have been trying to upload some more photos (of me with my bump) but its not working at the mo, so will keep you all posted.

We are now 27weeks - time is going so quick! We have our 2nd KYM appointment 2moz so will give an update on what we do their. We are hoping to start our birthing classes next month also.

Baby Carmichael @ 20weeks

Today was our 20week scan, everything went really well, the lady was very happy with Bub and how its growing and developing. Had all little fingers and toes! Spider and i are very happy and was a huge relief to hear everything was great. The lady asked if we wanted to know the "gender" but we both said NO. So will have to wait another 20weeks till we will find out.

KYM Scheme

Today was our first appointment at the Hobart Private with the KYM clinic - getting to know your mid-wife's...! We had to complete some forms, answer some questions, did a tour of the ward / rooms and listened to the heart-beat of the baby. It was all very exciting, i wanted to have the baby right their and then LOL as i was that excited. I think doing the KYM will make it more real to us.
The lady asked what we where expecting at Labour time and i just looked at her blank, why spider told the lady that he doesn't want me to be in labour for too long and that 5hours was enough and then for me to have the needle in my back LOL he was very cute. We are just going to take it as it comes and expect anything (scary).
